1. No Refund on Completed or In-Progress Work

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are not issued once:

  • Work has started, or
  • A portion of the project has been delivered, or
  • Time and resources have already been invested

This includes services such as:

  • Website design
  • Branding and creative work
  • SEO and optimization
  • Google Ads setup and management
  • Social media management
  • Consulting and strategy sessions

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

A refund may be issued only if:

  • Payment was made, and
  • No work has been started, and
  • No resources or planning have been allocated

This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Custom designs
  • Digital files already delivered
  • Third-party tool or ad spend charges
  • Urgent or express services
  • Paid consultations
  • Subscriptions or monthly retainers once the cycle begins

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • Notify us immediately at support@skglobalx.xyz
  • Work already completed will be charged
  • Any remaining unused time may be considered for partial credit, not a refund (decided case-by-case)

5. Project Delays

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by:

  • Lack of client response
  • Incomplete content or instructions
  • Access issues (hosting, domains, accounts)
  • Changes in project direction after work begins

6. Improper Use of Services

Refunds will not be given if:

  • The client misuses the service
  • The client violates platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Third-party platform accounts are suspended for reasons outside our control
